Our History
So how did InSync Recruitment Ltd start?
It all started 29 years ago when two young men both worked in a very reputable and outstanding recruitment company in the town centre of Coventry.
A few years past and they parted ways but remained in the industry and friends.
In late 2019 a chance text brought them back together and with that came the vision of InSync Recruitment.
By 14th January of 2020 InSync Recruitment Ltd was a reality. That was the easy part, the world has gone through Covid and lock downs and were still here. It’s challenging, enjoyable and yet we have grown our company to a team of four and were still growing.
